Professor GraceAnn LaForgia

GraceAnn LaForgia is a certified public accountant with extensive experience in the financial service industry. She is a First Vice President at Credit Agricole responsible for accounting, risk management, operations and system development for the Capital Markets and Foreign Exchange trading activities in the United States.

Professor LaForgia's prior work experience at Citibank, involved accounting, operational risk management issues related to treasury, trading products and structured derivative transactions. At Citibank, she developed and instructed numerous treasury and accounting courses in the U.S. and internationally. Professor LaForgia began her professional career as an auditor at Coopers & Lybrand working in New York and in London. She is a member of the AICPA and the NYSSCPA, and holds an M.B.A. from New York University and a B.S. from St. John's University.
